You can provide resources that help employees connect data to their everyday lives. I've seen data literacy programs create cheat sheets. Sometimes those clinicians had some sort of data data training in graduate school, but they never really put it into practice on the job. It's a very different job. And it's an uncomfortable job often that people aren't always aware that they have to do or maybe even don't feel like they're prepared or trained or want to do.
