Not All Types of Losses Are Created Equal

There are two types of losses in sales: errors of co-mission and errors of omission. An error of omission is when you lose out by doing nothing; a loss that results from your inaction. If you want to get the customer to move forward, the way you do it is dial up the FOMO. That's why we dangle the disappearing 10% discount in front of our customers.
