How to Distribute Shortcuts
Apple has taken a lot of steps this year to make distribution easier. There's really three ways to do it now: iCloud link, shortcuts files and private sharing mode. By default, people can now share and receive shortcuts, buy an iCloud link. This is now signed using your Apple ID as well.
