Iqra: The Future of Health Care

I think over the next five, seven years, Iqra is going to take much deeper root. You will see more people returning to understanding of their dollars go. What I don't like is that looks more like a deductible and a copay. Now you're getting trained to be efficient by kind of more the stick. If you could give people a funded card where they can kind of go anywhere, I think that's where you'd get a lot more efficiency.
