How to Play Halo Forager in Blue Black Decks

Blue-black Snapcaster Mage with some weird changes. You do have to pay the X when it enters the battlefield. Halo Forager does get around timing and restrictions if you can flash in Halo Forager, which is weird. And also it doesn't cost as much as a Snapcaster Mage too. So you can see more of these on the market.
