The Problem With Algorithmic Customization
Everything we're being fed has essentially been tailored just for us, especially on the big platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram. And so what then ends up happening is they tend to sort of cluster people together to corral them into groups of similar people. But when you're corraled into a group of shared perception, it doesn't help that problem I was just talking about, people living in different realities.
