Is There a Replication Crisis in Social Science Research?

There's a lot of talk these days in academics about a replication crisis. How big a problem do you think this is in economics? People often asked about fraud per se, and the cases where there's like outright fabrication of data was made up. My own sense in economics is those cases may not be that common, but we don't know for sure. What we do know is a lot of other practices that are questionable are really common.
