How to Set Up a Functional Neurological Disorder Education Group
Bieber Stanton and colleagues from St George's Hospital in London have set up a functional neurological disorder education group. The aim is to help patients come to see the full spectrum of the nature of the condition. They explain that you probably want to avoid people asking questions specifically to the patient who's given their experience because that tends to be unhelpful. It doesn't replace treatment but clearly it helps that information giving phase of management.
