Breaking Free of Binge Eating
Binge eating is a reaction to restriction. The more you are trying to control yourself and control your food, the more out of control you're going to feel in those moments. We live in a society that is incredibly fatphobic when it comes to our behaviors around our size too. It's not about how much food you're eating; it's really the lack of control you feel around the food. You need to stop kind of desperately trying to control something that probably doesn't need to be controlled.
