Do They Need a Criminal Refer to the Justice Department?
Hearings are expected to have two more, one of them as officially announced, up for next week. What did he know about this? When did he know it? What did he do with that knowledge? And the most challenging question of all, do they issue a recommendation to the justice department involving potential criminal charges? Some democrats i've been speaking to say that will be a problem if they do that little further politicize this.
