Job 1:20 says Job arose towards robe shaved his head and fell on the ground. In verse 21 he says, naked I came from my mother's room and naked shall I return. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away, blessed be the name of the Lord. in this, Job did not sin or charge God with any wrong. And yet you fall to the ground and worship. Spurgeon said if you understood the condition of the situation, you would devoutly praise the Lord even for the disappointments which have been such a great blessing in disguise.
