The government doesn't have the narrow definition. They view sense tive technologies as encompasing dual use technologies generally. So i would adopt the much more expansive view. Let's look at how china approaches us investors and us companies. If you're a chinese citizen, every single business transaction you do with the us comes under scrutiny. We should not be funding both sides of the tech race. The onus is on the business community to do proper diligence,. uh, and not take money from from chinese alps um in jacobi.
