The Avon and Climate Change

The company that runs the middle of England, which includes this river Avon, is better than most. And they have got a plan, a four-year plan, first of all, monitoring the water and then with a whole number of different initiatives to try to reduce the amount of pollution by specific amounts. The problem for them is that every now and then, the Avon has a massive flood, and with climate change, it's likely to happen more often. To have pollution, I read somewhere that France has 1,300 designated bathing areas in rivers and lakes around the country. We've got two?
