Patrick Campbell - What's a Legal Contract?

Patrick Campbell has bought 15% of Mike Merrill's shares. He reckons that with 15%, he has enough power to influence all the shareholder votes and he can basically tell him to do what he wants. The shareholders voted on whether or not Mike believes in ghosts; 66% said yes, you do. They also approved his investment in a Rwandan chicken farming business - but no winter mustache happens.
