How Does Your State Legislative Races Affect Abortion Access?
Two thirds of all governors got their start either in state legislator or local government. It's pretty unusual that you rise to the top, become a governor, without having some kind of experience in elected office. So we should be paying attention to whose winning these offices, both on the democratic and republican side. We need people who share our values, or at least aren't going to pro actively undermine them.
