Social Media and the Aging a Grappler

i have good friends who have literally the opposite opinions that i have on not only vaccines, but political ideologies, religious beliefs. The one thing that we can all agree on is communication levelled, particularly on social media, is toxic and not good for whether you believe in more democracy or less democracy. That type of communication leads to fights. When you get into their heads on what they should be a doing, you're no longer driving your own car,. And that's when you end up reacting and end up in wrecks.
