The bullish spin zone is pulls liquidity back on chain to its home where it belongs. And then I suppose watching bad actors out of the space is a net positive over the long term. If what they say is true, binance doesn't look like they're the greatest actors in the space. They've always been on the shadier side. At least that's my personal take.
