I'm working on a project that is trying to figure out can we create software that can do this. We tried to do this at Monasti Academy with our 30 or so residents. They're good at finding people who are morally trusting and then they're good at placing them in the roles of power where they're effective. But my feeling is that where we start will probably get most of the things we do wrong here. So I'll give you some ideas and things we're working with.
