We want people that don't have licenses to be in the traning programme. And you know, there's going to be a lot of pressures from insurance companies to not have the two person model. I feel like having apprenticeship models as actually really missing in our movement. So if we can make it more like an apprentice model, where the apprentice is getting ours and doesn't need to beget a salary, or gets om sticpen but not as much as the first person - i think they are better.
