Is the Unborn Child a Person?
I would say it makes clear that it's a living organism. Whether ornot it's a person is a legal discussion. The burden of proof is actually strongly on the one who says it isn't a person. I think we all recognize you need to be 100 % perfectly clear that activity youare partaking in is not the killing of a person before it's permissible at all. But i don't even hear left wingers try to advance an argument that it's not a person. They just say, you haven't proven it is. Just lay burden proveent on them.
