The Importance of Design Decisions in Application Development
If you can't answer yes straight away, then the answer is no. You need to have a big enough development team to be able to pull it off. Otherwise everyone's going to be run ragged trying to manage this service or that service. I think there's really good design decisions that one can make at the beginning of application development and enable that transition at a later date.
