The More Debt Uncertainty Legacy Code

A work environment that has more dimensions of complexity is going to have engineers more hesitant to make sweeping changes. This is why I'm a big believer in well documented code and having documents to support why decisions made. And especially as you get implicit interdependencies and you get a late someone, you know, occasionally you'll have someone who doesn't believe that and then they will break the system rather badly. So yes, I agree with that as well.
