Binance issues a version of BUSD that is actually under the auspices of binance rather than under Paxos. The NYDFS has control over what Paxos can do, but if binance then takes a step further and basically puts the token on top of that and runs wild with it,NYDFS has no control over that. And then, you know, probably there's a little bit of a ripple effect going on.
