I've Heard All of a Sudden About Artism
There has been a re labelling of people who were previously labelled as mentally retarded. There are more subtle and less obvious aspects of what constitutes artism that in the past wouldn't have been diagnosed, or wouldn't be known. So yes, we havee our patients that we never quite were able to classify. They fit into that category. Of course there is a ceiling, but i don't want to ask you about it again because if i'm sitting back on this I know nothing about this at all.
