I think one of the things about this is it's a really, really personal. So I don't advocate getting into loads of arguments or being antagonistic. You could put yourself in situations where you're not going to have any choice but to look at new aspects of yourself. And don't do it foolishly. Choose wisely. choose with other people who are doing similar things who are interested in that journey.
