Lifelong Learning

I'm a big believer in lifelong learning, as you said. Also, yo didn't grow up with having a lot of rold models. I also have a technical background, and just, you kind of learnt on the go. Most of the patterns that we need to figure out when it comes to building a product, leading a team, doing anything, have already been figured out. So why bother learning through trilang erra i pain, which is how i learned a why not short cut that? Why not save yourself time? If you want a hack, the only real hack, or productivity hack that i 've ever seen is to learn from other people's mistakes"
