A Zithromison Promotes Relapse After Allogeneic Transplantation
Graft versus host disease remains a significant complication of allogeneic metapoietic stem cell transplantation. A Zithromison did not efficiently prevent BOS and was associated with higher mortality due to increased risk of relapse. The exact associations between the expression of co-inhibitori molecules, defective effector functions, and the presence of exhausted subsets of T cells that may act as drivers of relapse are poorly understood.
