A conservative ship poster in his 20s on Twitter, a guy named Douglas Mackey, who went by the handle Ricky Vaughn after the wild thing for Major League. He conspired with other influential Twitter users and members of private online groups to disseminate fraudulent messages that encouraged supporters of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to vote via text message or social media. The DOJ has practiced running this playbook in the context of election interference. And look, I am categorically opposed to the death penalty, even for Donald Trump.
