Connor: I've heard that decentralization of authority piece be referred to as like leading from every seat, right? Where you want to enable people's leaders throughout the org. Was that something that you found to be more common in hybrid or fully remote teams? Interesting. So we did find that essentially decentralization of decisions is one of those leading indicators to help the team kind of say, am I in an environment that is really supporting team growth? Connor: And there's been a lot of data that says that feeling connected to your work and you can actually make an impact is what makes people happy and keeps them there. Yeah. Oh yeah.
