The Proposal to Scale Apprenticeship in the US
The workplace is the one setting kind of what they're doing and there's kind of a skin in the game argument there right like if you're at a university, a university's job theoretically that one of their goals is to get you ready for the labor market. If it's the actual company and you are working for them they're paying you a salary, you would assume the company knows what's valuable and is going to try to make you productive. So I think that's a that's a pretty good answer to that question.
