The Catholic Position on Medical Treatment Decision-Making
In this talk, I am going to be talking about the Catholic tradition on medical treatment decision-making. This position says that there is a moral duty to preserve life at all costs. We are not the owners of our lives, and hence do not have absolute power over life. But we may reject life-pulonging procedures that are insufficiently beneficial or excessively burdensome.
