The Virtue of Prudence in the Convectional
When assessing the gravity of a sin, you're trying to open and prod where your own conscience is actually at. So I think it's helpful to situate this in light of what the goal of Christian life is,. And God gives us the opportunity to become like him, not just in giving us grace but stowing on us grace as if he were some like grace giving sugar daddy in the sky. But he also wants us to be like him as agents, right? He want us to be real causes. We confess those things in which we fall short but with the understanding that we're doing it to the end of growing.
