We wanted a better life than what we could provide in New York City for our two growing kids. I was fortunate enough to get a really high level executive assisting job in Rochester New York and there's like five of them. It provided time for Stephanie to stay home with the kids but she was going a little crazy. We're able to partner with executive assistants who could command six figures in major metropolitan areas based on their experience. Living where they want to live working for who they want to work for and building their own little business under our umbrella.
