CNN's John Defterios asks why the financial elite saw the need for a reset or reform of the financial system. Was it because the gap between the wealth and power of multi-billionaires became so wide that they eventually would pose a danger to those in power? That's kind of one way of looking at it. But if you keep centralizing then to implement that central control, you need more invasive central control. And that means you've got to do a reset. So now you're going to have to enforce real pain.
