It's always comes down to blending it. You cannot separate those parts from the first interaction you have with a kid. It impacts in that kind of psych social bit. If he's been with his mum for the last few days he was a very different kid to if he'd been with his dad for the next few days. So I would have to think about his role that I set up in the practice at that time. The other part that coaches need to start to consider is how do they use coaching and match day to develop psych social skills.
