How to Build a Team That Has a Longer Mission
The four day work week will remain, but it also isn't enough to make me want to get up for work every morning. And so there's a difference between sort of effective project management and then what it looks like to build a team that has a longer term mission. So i'm looking for a way to connect the work that we do with the people that are doing it in a way that that suits their own personal goals. That is something that makes all the difference in terms of this sustain ability that we were talking about earlier.
