Is This a Disclaimer on Your Reports?
The label tells other people, don't work with me. We have to submit crazy, forty four pages reports to russian ministry of justice four times a year. If we fail put in this disclaimer, we'll face fines. After two fines, there isa prospect of criminal case, up to two years of prison for not putting this disclaimer. They have all the power in the country, but still they're, i think, not afraid.
