There's a great book called burnew, written for to help women understand burn out. We can really help ourselves to see what's happening in front of us and then work through that. Phones and aeroplane mode is a conversation they have multiple times per day. I don't think folks want to hear too much about meditation. A lot of times they'll head down the path of movement r aint. The're going to move. They're going to start to work through what burnot will tell you about his moving through stress cycles.
