Mental health goals are mainly focused on our emotional well-being. They include things that we can do to shift our mindset and our mental perspective. I think reducing screen time is such a fantastic goal if that is your priority. Reading more, that's an amazing one. And another one I saw was to get at least 20 minutes of sun or outdoors time a day. That is such an amazing New Year's resolution.
