Ifyou get rid of all these hydrogenated seed oils, basically everything that comes in a big container from a supermarket, and replace it with animal fatsoure coming straight from animals. I think that might be the biggest difference i've seen people witness enormous changes in their health when they've just made this one small, little shift. Most olive oil is really just a repackage soiben oil. But there's just so much really disinformation. They're putting out systematic information to try and get people to eat things that are not good for them. Because, you know, it's marketing, and it works.
