Is Flutter a Better UI Than Android?

I heard that when you go from Android to Flutter, it's like so many things are just become so much easier. I guess at the time, like, uh, when I worked with Android the most, I worked with very kind of like, um, it's called the AOSP, so the Android open source project. That was kind of the main work that I did. And then comparing that to flutter, it was just like, you didn't really have to think about those.
