The Importance of Auditing Standards
auditors are there to ensure that the correct audit standard or correct accounting standard is applied and that is applied correctly now they generally fail in that regard as well. A lot of times I don't think they've got the confidence in themselves just put their hands up and say hey there's a problem here. The grunt work is not done by the senior people who have the most experience and skill okay so the people actually go through the documents are the auditors who are like one or two maybe three years out of school so what the fuck do they know about a false document like how are they going to spot it? And then my question was because this is basically what as a as a joint venture
