Reliability of the Property Price Register

Recent changes to Ireland's Local Property Tax. Properties valued up to €525,000 will see an increase of between €5 and €25 annually, while those valued above €1.26 million will be taxed proportionally, with properties over €2.1 million taxed based on their actual value.
