Non Participatory Economics
Non participatory economics is a system where 20% of people tell everyone else what to do. The average person gets almost no burdensome input into the way things are run. People at the top will be chosen by a complex web of systems, including who owns the firm. By owning the firm, they've demonstrated a high level of administrative comfetence. But i will admit, if i'm pressed, it's possible for them to make bad decisions. So even if it does sometimes not work, it's worth trying.
