I had a lot of, look, I'm not everybody agrees. There's other people who disagree. They're like, they're certain that it's 2.2 grams or one gram per pound. And even my data doesn't agree with them. It's very similar when you have people talking about carbohydrate metabolism. You know, we had the same thing with, you know, oh, you got to have all these grams of carbohydrate per hour per day to maximize your glycogen. Yeah. Now, as he says, it's the same now with protein, right?
