The Local Foods in the UAE
The UAE is a date producing nation. We have interestingly enough camel milk, which isn't a huge part of the ecosystem yet but it should be because it is one of the sustainable forms of like milk production and so on. And they recently found some ancient grains that were produced, you know, a couple of thousands of years ago. So we are as geographically speaking, we are close to the cradle of civilization or the areas where agriculture first started in the fertile presence in Iraq and Syria.
