Is the Private Sector Ready to Invest in Your Area?

Most infrastructure in the United States is privately owned. Cities don't have city councilman and, and people they hire to manage things aren't necessarily having expertise in that area. I think it's a long term process of unbundling it and untangling it so that more of this can be pushed to the private sector.
