Is There a Way to Bind to the State of the System?

Inclosure means you can refer to any given state of your organization as a single snapshot. It's the sha hash that lets you know exactly what was the state of the system, the world, for your organization at that point. If anything changed in a bunch of well known directories, then we wan the built otherwise we skipp it. We like to make state explicit by wrapping it in atoms.
