Did You Know That You Could Never Be Managed Anymore?

i don't think i'd ever really thought going and getting a job somewhere in that traditional sense. But i kind of viewed academia not so much as a job, but an area where you can work with some really bright grad students to push the state of the art. The biggestd fork or decision that we made was not to go back into the world of it. We just didn't want to like, kind of ruffle feathers and can cause problems. And maybe that, i don't remember the exact logic at that point, but it just didn't feel as exciting.
