The Barricaded Shooter Protocol Doesn't Exist in a School

It's been standard protocol since after columbine, that what you do if there's an active shooter in the school. This was contrary to the training that they and uvaldi had gotten just a matter of a couple of months before. Even without training, nothing can happen that will be of any use until the person who's murdering people is no longer doing that.
